DELIVERY AND PICKUP
Hart Beach works with DPD. Regular orders are shipped via DPD, and surfboards are sent with a special courier. Together, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, often within 1 to 2 business days. DPD also delivers small (private service) packages on Saturdays. You can track your package and its estimated delivery window using the track & trace link we send you.
Surfboards and larger packages over 1.80 cm (approximately) are shipped via a special courier specializing in fragile freight. For these deliveries, a specific delivery time window cannot be provided.
Delivery within the Netherlands is free for orders over €60. Shipping surfboards within the Netherlands costs €60 per board. Orders can be delivered to your home or workplace. You can also choose to pick up your package at our store.

DELIVERY VIA DPD
Regular shipments are handled by DPD. DPD delivers your order to your home from Monday to Saturday (excluding large packages) between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. DPD makes two attempts to deliver your order. After this, you can arrange one more delivery attempt by appointment via 'new delivery'.
