DELIVERY AND PICK-UP
Exchanges and returns are possible via our return address or in one of our stores. You can return your online purchase within 14 days. The following conditions apply to the exchange and return of internet orders:
• Within 14 days from 1 day after receipt of the order.
• Preferably with a fully completed return form. Download the Hart Beach return form here.
• The item is complete, not used, worn, or damaged (trying on is allowed), if reasonably possible.
• The original tags and labels are still attached to the item, if reasonably possible.
• Always bring the receipt when exchanging or returning in the store.
• For online purchases: Not satisfied? Money back!
EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS STORE
You can choose to return items to the Hart Beach Surfshop in Scheveningen. When returning to the store, the buyer must bring the order confirmation email and a valid ID. Only the buyer as stated on the invoice can return the purchased product. In the store, this confirmation will be taken and provided with the type and number of the buyer's ID, after which the buyer will receive the amount and must sign for receipt. Products will not be accepted for return without a valid ID.

When you drop off the return shipment at a post office, you will receive a shipping receipt. Always keep this, we may ask for it. This is your proof that you have returned something.
RETURN COSTS
Return costs are for the customer. If we have made a mistake and/or sent the wrong item, you will be refunded the return costs incurred. Did you receive a damaged item from us? In that case, we will also reimburse the shipping costs incurred.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS IN-STORE PURCHASES
Items you have purchased in one of our stores must be exchanged or returned in the store itself. For in-store purchases, you will not receive a refund, but a voucher. With this, you can choose another item for 1 year after your return.
COMPLAINTS ABOUT ITEMS
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, we kindly ask you to report this to our customer service within 3 working days. Incorrectly sent or damaged items can be returned to our return address. In this case, we will reimburse the shipping costs incurred afterwards. Please note! This only applies to incorrectly sent or damaged items.

REFUND
Any refunds will be made within 10 working days. If you have not received a refund after 10 working days, please feel free to contact us.
DISCLAIMER
Return shipments are at the risk of the buyer. This means that Hart Beach is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Therefore, always ask the post office for a 3S number or tracking code and keep it safe.
