What makes our pizzas so special?
The Wood-Fired Oven
No electric ovens here. The high temperature of a real wood fire creates those characteristic leopard spots on the crust, a crispy base, and that delicious subtle smoky flavour.
Fresh Dough & Top Ingredients
Our bases are given time to mature, making them light and airy. We top them with fresh ingredients: from the classic Margherita with buffalo mozzarella to surprising specials with a Hart Beach twist.

Our oven doesn't go out when summer ends. Especially in winter, it's magical to warm up by the crackling fire of the oven with a steaming pizza after a cold surf session.
