Hart Beach is a family business and THE surf spot in Scheveningen – there's always something happening here! Surf school, surf shop and restaurant; Hart Beach is all of it. We not only serve quality dishes but also create a complete beach experience for our guests.

For the summer season (June to September), we are looking for an enthusiastic seasonal cook to strengthen our kitchen team. Possibility to rent a room a 5-minute walk from Hart Beach if employed for the entire summer season.

What will you do?

• You help with the preparation and plating of our dishes.
• You support the kitchen team during busy lunch and dinner services.
• Together with your colleagues, you ensure quality and speed, even on the busiest summer days.
• You work according to HACCP guidelines and keep your workspace tidy and organised.
• You jump in where needed and contribute to a smoothly running kitchen.

What are we looking for in you?

• You have some kitchen experience or a hospitality background.
• You are motivated, eager to learn, and not afraid of hard work.
• You are flexible, available on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• You are a team player with a positive outlook on life.
• You can handle pressure well and maintain an overview.
• You have humour and a good dose of energy; we work hard but also have a lot of fun.

An HACCP certificate or hospitality qualification is a plus, but certainly not a requirement.
