Walden Mini Mega Magic - Tuflite - FCS II - 5 Fin - Mid-Length

The Mini Mega Magic is a mid-size version of Walden's best-selling Mega Magic. With a length between 6-7', it's a sportier take on the Mega Magic. It's designed for the (larger) surfer looking for a bigger shortboard, whereas the Mega Magic is a shorter longboard. The Mini Mega has more of a shortboard outline with a pulled-in nose and lots of extra volume for maximum buoyancy, while still remaining very agile.

The Mega Magic itself was introduced about six years ago and has become one of Walden's best-selling designs ever. This board is popular because, regardless of your physique or skill level, it allows you to downsize to a shorter board. The Mega Magic is the Magic Model with the most compressed volume: volume is taken from the length and redistributed to width and thickness, while retaining the renowned Magic Model performance. The Mega Magic features the well-known Magic Model elements: the patented concave bottom, hard rails, and lots of rocker. Approximately 1/2-1” thicker and 1-2” wider than a standard Magic Model.

About Walden

Known by many as the “father of the modern longboard,” Steve Walden shaped his first surfboard in 1961, at the age of thirteen, and never looked back. Eight years later, the Southern California native opened his first board factory and shop in Huntington Beach, moving to the North Shore of Oahu in 1972, where he made a name for himself as a prolific longboard shaper.
