The Walden Mega Magic surfboard packs a lot of volume and width into its length, making it a joy to surf. The Mega Magic is an absolute top seller and the Walden model with the most compressed volume, allowing you to go down in length without sacrificing the legendary 'Magic' performance and buoyancy. While the volume distribution is different, the Mega Magic still has the same magical ingredients as the original Magic model: Walden's patented concave bottom, hard rails for maneuverability and performance, and plenty of rocker that makes turning easier and provides comfort in bigger waves.

The Magic has always appealed to the larger rider, and the Mega Magic gives heavier men and women the opportunity to ride a board that is a foot shorter, while maintaining the crucial buoyancy of the original Magic.

The MEGA MAGIC floats like a board that is 12"-18" longer. For the surfer who normally rides a 10', the Mega allows them to ride a 9'0" without sacrificing buoyancy or stability.

Construction - Tuflite C-Tech

Tuflite C-Tech is a durable construction process that begins with a custom-molded fused-cell EPS foam blank, precisely sized for that specific board, resulting in zero waste. The board is then laminated with a mix of fiberglass and epoxy with reinforced rails, creating a light and durable surfboard with lifelong flex and that 'new board' feeling throughout its long lifespan.

About Walden

Steve Walden, called by many the “Father of the Modern Longboard”, shaped his first surfboard in 1961 at the age of thirteen and never looked back. Eight years later, the Southern California native opened his first board factory and shop in Huntington Beach, before moving to the North Shore of Oahu in 1972, where he made a name for himself as a prolific longboard shaper. At Hart Beach, Walden stands for longboards that make noseriding and carving equally natural.
