Walden Magic Model - Tuflite C-Tech - FCS II - 2 + 1 Fin - Longboard

The Magic rocker, Magic rails and Magic hull are unique to Walden Surfboards. The front half of the hull is concave; this single concave transitions into a double concave at the back, and the back third transitions into a moderate "V". The concave nose provides lift and stability, perfect for noseriding. The double concave hull and hard rails make the board fast, stable, responsive and manoeuvrable in all conditions. The Magic rails are hard, harder than most other longboards, but the unique bottom curves and bevels ensure that the rails do not catch like most other hard rail boards.

Construction - Tuflite C-Tech

Tuflite C-Tech is a durable construction process that starts with a custom-moulded fused-cell EPS foam blank, precisely sized for that one board, ensuring zero waste. The board is then laminated with a mix of fibreglass and epoxy with reinforced rails, resulting in a light and durable surfboard with lifelong flex and that 'new board' feel throughout its long lifespan.

About Walden

Steve Walden, called the "Father of the Modern Longboard" by many, shaped his first surfboard in 1961 at the age of thirteen and never looked back. Eight years later, the Southern California native opened his first board factory and shop in Huntington Beach, moving to Oahu's North Shore in 1972, where he made a name for himself as a prolific longboard shaper. At Hart Beach, Walden stands for longboards that make noseriding and carving equally natural.
