TET Construction: Revolutionary and Indestructible

This board is built using Torq’s original TET (Torq Epoxy Technology) method. This is not a traditionally shaped board, but a hypermodern piece of engineering where the EPS core is poured into a precision mold. This brings enormous advantages:

• Extreme Durability: By using Biaxial fiberglass and a unique Shield Skin with epoxy resin, this board is many times stronger than a traditional polyester (PU) surfboard. Ideal if you accidentally bump your board!

• Perfect Shapes: Because no manual sanding is involved, every board is 100% identical in weight, flex, and shape. Exactly as the designer intended.

• Sustainably Produced: The TET process generates almost no waste. Furthermore, the factory runs entirely on solar energy, the packaging is plastic-free, and even the fin boxes are made from certified recycled plastic.

How does the Torq TET surf?

The TET construction gives the board a unique feel that is very close to a traditional PU board. The extra fiberglass absorbs 'chatter' (vibrations on choppy water) incredibly well. The result is a board that feels very predictable, stable, and forgiving, but responds directly when you want it to.
