The Malibu is perhaps the most versatile longboard in the DURA-TEC range. It offers an excellent combination of stability and manoeuvrability, with just the right amount of length to make it easy to control.

The user-friendly design offers plenty of buoyancy to tackle all types of waves, whilst the performance-oriented shape enables ‘down-the-line’ fun for beginners through to advanced surfers.

The Malibu gives lighter and smaller surfers an easy-to-carry, durable and stable ‘big-board’ feel to get them started.

Heavier or taller surfers, however, will enjoy its medium length and proven performance as they transition to shorter boards and bigger surf conditions. Our original 7'9" Malibu earned a reputation as a versatile, durable and affordable surfboard.

DURA-TEC combines an ultra-durable polyethylene outer shell (like a kayak, but lighter in weight) with a polyurethane foam core (as found in traditional surfboards).
