Roger Hinds Nomad - Fusion HD - Futures - 5 Fin - Mid-Length

A shortboard full of FUN that makes a small board much more accessible. The Nomad has the high performance rocker of a shortboard, combined with a larger planing surface and a thinner foil throughout. This results in a more responsive and versatile surfboard. Due to the extra volume and width in the outline, you catch waves like on a longboard, turn like on a shortboard and surf fast and loose: the fun returns to your sessions.

Just like with the Dream Fish, thanks to Roger's own placement of the fin boxes, combined with his custom NVS fins, you can ride the Nomad as a thruster, twin fin or quad, depending on the fin setup you choose. As a quad, it becomes really loose, as a twin fin it's a speed demon that flies down the line, and as a thruster you can make tight turns in the pocket and under the lip. The Nomad takes your surfing to the next level and gives you the choice of thruster, twin fin or quad.

Fusion HD

Fusion HD construction is Surftech's version of a standard EPS and epoxy surfboard. A closed cell EPS core with a wooden stringer is laminated with E-glass and biax glass, resulting in a lightweight performance board with a lively feel. All Fusion HD boards are hand-finished.
