Description
The Tech Double Slim is an inconspicuous double travel bag. The design features the same extensive, travel-tested specifications as ROAM's Tech bag. The Double Slim also has a hidden fold-out side panel, which allows you to transform it from a single to a double board bag and back again in an instant. A super versatile design for travel. Like all ROAM bags, this one is cut more generously, so the bag fits the size indicated on it: a 6'8 bag fits any board up to and including 6'8, so you can take your groveler and your step-up when you go check the surf. This version is cut for longboards.

About size and shape
Most board bags come in different shapes, tailored to the type of surfboard: Fish, Shortboard, Longboard, etc. The main difference is in the shape of the nose and the width. In doubt? Then choose a board bag with a wider nose - a shortboard fits perfectly in a Fish bag, and if you take two surfboards, extra space is only useful.
A ROAM surfboard bag is made to fit the board indicated on it: a 6'8 board fits in a 6'8 bag. If the bag itself is 6'8 long, it is actually a 6'6 bag. Not every brand does it this way, so check carefully.
The width is also important, especially if you are packing two or more surfboards.
