ROAM Stealth Sleeve Shortboard Boardbag

The ROAM Stealth Sleeve is a completely new concept for 2026, designed to convert any loose board bag into a multi-board travel bag.

The Sleeve can fit two loose 10mm travel bags. This way, you simply use the bags you already have, don't need to buy a separate travel bag, and at your destination, you have two separate bags again.

About size and shape

Most board bags come in different shapes to match the type of surfboard: Fish, shortboard, longboard, etc. The main difference is in the shape of the nose and the width. If you're unsure, choose a board bag with a wider nose: a shortboard also fits perfectly in a Fish bag, and if you're taking two surfboards, extra space is only useful.

A ROAM board bag is made for the surfboard it's labeled for: a 6’8 bag fits a 6’8 board. If the bag itself is 6’8” long, it's actually a 6’6 bag. Not every brand does it this way, so check carefully.

The width is also important, especially if you're packing two or more surfboards.

Also pay attention to the shape of the tail and whether there is a tail box or an expanding fin compartment, so a surfboard can fit with fins inside. (Always remove your fins when flying.)
