Misc FutureFlex - FCS II 2 + 1

We wanted to design a twin to enhance your surfing experience. The MISC. is an exceptional twin (or 2+1) that will really ride like your performance board: from top to bottom, but you’ll fly around the wave with that drag-free feel of a twin fin. Amazingly driven, super-fast and loose over the lip when looking for release, the MISC. is a favourite amongst team riders, now available for anyone looking for that elusive performance twin.

In short, the MISC. is a versatile, performance-oriented twin fin. In any case, the design of this twin is intended to ride and feel like a performance board, with the subtle nuances traditionally associated with a twin only felt in those areas of the wave where you’re pushing for release. The outline makes unique use of a wing positioned behind the front fins, causing the water to release later. As a result, the board retains sufficient grip on both the underside and the top.

The MISC. also features a wide tip on the outline, bringing a lot of volume forward in the shape, which results in high paddling speed. By positioning the twin fins slightly more towards the centre, it also generates plenty of drag-free speed along the line. The fin boxes are also positioned further back on the board, providing greater stability and control.

Technically speaking, the bottom contours on the MISC. consist of a rolled V at the nose, a slight single concave under the front foot that runs the length of the board and tapers off at the tail.
