The Hypto Krypto remains the most versatile shape in the Haydenshapes range. The outline resembles an old-school twin fin in the nose, and when combined with a generous amount of volume under the chest, it ensures it paddles like a dream and supports rider acceleration from the front foot.

Through the back, the outline extends into a rounded pintail, creating ample curve around the rear foot. This not only provides plenty of hold in bigger swells but also allows you to draw tighter arcs in the pocket. The foil is also refined into a thinner, pinched rail to keep the board connected to the wave.

The rocker design, which is flat throughout with a slight lift in the entry, is geared for speed, allowing surfers to make sections they wouldn't normally expect to make. The concave runs from a rolled V in the entry to a slight single, transitioning into a V-double out of the tail, giving the board great speed and rail-to-rail control.

Overall, the Hypto Krypto is a one-stop board that can take you around the world, having fun in average conditions, and also take you into the barrel and open face when the swell is pumping!
