Gerry Lopez Squirty - Trueride PU - FCS II - 5 Fin - Shortboard
Description
Find your balance with the Squirty. By bringing together the Yin and Yang of surfboard design, Gerry has created a board that can truly do it all.
The extra width and volume around the nose of the Squirty help you catch more waves. At the same time, the pulled-in tail and heavily curved back half allow the board to rip hard. A low entry rocker with a slight roll to flat bottom that transitions into a single concave and ends in a double concave with a forgiving tail lift makes the Squirty loose and fast.
The Squirty has everything you could wish for in one board, making it the perfect daily driver.

WAVES KEEP COMING, THAT'S THE ONE THING YOU CAN COUNT ON IN LIFE
Gerry Lopez grew up in the unique Hawaii of the 1950s and 60s. He played a role in the shortboard revolution of the late 60s and early 70s. He experienced the awe, fear, and ultimate satisfaction of finding the tube in the early days of Pipeline. He traveled the world for surf: to the first surf camp at G-Land, the exotic islands off the coast of Sumatra, and especially to the magical island of Bali in Indonesia, even before it became a popular surf destination. He witnessed the nascent beginnings of windsurfing on Maui, and the early years of snowboarding and tow-in surfing at Jaws. Today, Gerry Lopez shapes unique boards that further his surf journey. This collection forms the quiver he takes around the world to surf the very best breaks.
