The Midway in Trueride PU is a high-performance mid-length that works equally well for old-style riding and modern maneuvers – whatever you're in the mood for. The Midway has a fuller nose to maximize paddling, but retains the rails, edges, bottom rocker, and foil that make it fast, stable, direct, and agile in virtually any wave situation. The 2+1 setup gives you many fin options, allowing you to tailor the performance to the waves of the day.

Gerry Lopez grew up in the unique Hawaii of the 50s and 60s. He played a role in the shortboard revolution of the late 60s and early 70s. He experienced the awe, fear, and ultimate satisfaction of finding the tube in the early days of Pipeline. He traveled the world for waves: to the very first surf camp at G-Land, the exotic islands off the coast of Sumatra, and especially to the magical island of Bali in Indonesia - even before it became a popular surf destination. He witnessed the beginnings of windsurfing on Maui, and the early years of snowboarding and tow-in surfing at Jaws. Today, Gerry Lopez shapes unique boards that further his surfing journey. This collection of boards forms the quiver he takes all over the world to the very best breaks.
