Nothing feels better than nose riding on a long section, with ten toes over the edge or a cheater five up top. Every self-respecting longboarder has one of these moves in their repertoire, and the Long Haul in Trueride PU makes it easier. The wide, full nose gives you plenty of planing surface and room to stand comfortably. The square tail acts as a release point, allowing the board to pivot for quicker turns, but you'll spend most of your time on the other end of the Long Haul.

Gerry Lopez grew up in the extraordinary Hawaii of the fifties and sixties. He played a role in the shortboard revolution of the late sixties and early seventies. He experienced the awe, fear, and eventual satisfaction of finding the tube in the early days of Pipeline. He traveled the world for waves: to the very first surf camp in G-Land, the remote islands off the coast of Sumatra, and especially to the magical island of Bali in Indonesia, even before it became a popular surf destination. He witnessed the beginning of windsurfing in Maui, and the early years of snowboarding and tow-in surfing at Jaws. Today, Gerry Lopez shapes unique boards that further his surfing journey. This collection is the quiver he takes all over the world to surf the very best breaks.
