Futures description: "Sometimes, the way forward lies in looking back. In 2008 and 2009, whilst we were building boards and filming for 5'5" REDUX, we began designing fish boards and other alternative boards based on a Twin+2 setup. Essentially a Quad, but with twin fins at the front, and what were essentially longboard ‘sidebites’ as the rear quads. Cory Lopez rode this setup during the iconic segment in which he conquered Skeleton Bay, on one of the first documented expeditions ever. He also appeared on the cover of SURFER Mag performing an air in Indo, with the fins clearly visible.
