Flexi-Hex® surfboard packaging is a strong cardboard sleeve, made with a flexible honeycomb design. Known for its incredible strength, the hexagonal cell structure provides a shock-absorbing layer of eco-friendly packaging that fully encloses and protects boards. The sleeves are compact in their natural state but easily expand and conform to the shape of a wide range of boards. They can be cut to length, or multiple sleeves can be attached together with paper tape, making them extremely flexible in use.

Flexi-Hex surfboard protection can reduce board packaging costs through efficient use of materials. Benefits will also arise throughout the supply chain thanks to better protection, faster packing time, easy storage and a seamless unboxing experience for the customer.
