Flexi-Hex® surfboard packaging is a sturdy cardboard sleeve, featuring a flexible honeycomb design. Renowned for its incredible strength, the hexagonal cell structure provides a shock-resistant layer of eco-friendly packaging that fully encloses and protects boards. The sleeves are compact in their natural state but expand easily and mould to the shape of a wide range of boards. They can be cut to length, or multiple sleeves can be joined together using paper tape, making them extremely versatile in use.

Flexi-Hex surfboard protection can reduce the cost of board packaging through the efficient use of materials. Benefits will also be felt throughout the supply chain thanks to improved protection, faster packing times, easy storage and a seamless unpacking experience for the customer.
