Rob Machado has attempted to combine performance characteristics with the traditional qualities of keel fins. These keels are designed to offer a balance between the positive sensations associated with traditional keel fins, but with some adjustments to reduce the overly "tracky" and "steerable" feel. They are intended to provide more maneuverability in the pocket, while maintaining a strong grip in speed sections. These fins are versatile and can be used in various twin fin shapes, such as the Too Fish, the Sunday, the Midas, and twin fin step-ups.
