FCS Mid Carver PG Xlarge Clear - Surfboard fins

Overview

The Midlength thruster set is designed for boards set up with a standard thruster configuration. The set consists of the Carver XL side fins that produce exceptional drive and grip, and the Performer Large centre fin which is known as a versatile and reliable fin in all conditions. When used together the set will provide incredible drive and grip at the bottom of the wave, with a predictable feel at the top.

The combined surface area of this set allows surfers to hold a longer arc and maintain control as they move and adjust their feet position on these longer boards.

The Performance Glass material also makes this set a great option for bigger, heavier surfers wanting a stiffer and highly responsive thruster set.

Ideal Conditions

Open face, long-arc waves, particularly good in point and reef breaks.

Performance Glass

Performance Glass (PG) fins are machine cut from layers of solid fiberglass. These fins are stiff, and are widely used by pro level surfers because the integrity of the flex is maintained under immense force, and in the most extreme of conditions and situations.
