Overview

The Midlength thruster set is designed for boards set up with a standard thruster configuration. The set comprises the Carver XL side fins, which produce exceptional drive and grip, and the Performer Large centre fin, which is renowned as a versatile and reliable fin in all conditions. When used together, the set will provide incredible drive and grip at the bottom of the wave, with a predictable feel at the top.

The combined surface area of this set enables surfers to hold a longer turn and maintain control whilst shifting and adjusting their foot position on these longer boards.

The Performance Glass material also makes this set an excellent option for taller, heavier surfers who want a stiffer and highly responsive thruster set.

Ideal Conditions

Open waves with a long run, particularly good on point and reef breaks.

Performance Glass

Performance Glass (PG) fins are machine-cut from layers of solid fibreglass. These fins are rigid and are widely used by professional surfers because they retain their flex integrity under immense force, even in the most extreme conditions and situations.
