Overview

The FCS KeyLock is a weather-resistant combination lock that you can attach to various points on your car. With up to 10,000 combinations, you can safely store your keys, or anything else that fits inside, so you can surf, swim, or run without worries.

Read all instructions before resetting the combination.

The keylock is set to 0-0-0-0 by default.

1 – Turn the dials to 0-0-0-0 and open the lock.

2 – Locate the reset pin, as shown in the third image. Remove the rubber cap from the reset pin and slide the pin sideways and upwards, in the direction indicated by the arrow inside the housing.

3 – Turn the dials to your chosen combination. Write down this combination or save it in your phone so you can find it later. Do not forget the combination.

4 – BEFORE CLOSING THE LOCK: slide the reset pin downwards and back, and replace the rubber cap.

5 – Test the new combination.

For keyless entry keys: check that your car is truly locked before leaving it unattended. Attach the keylock as far as possible from the doors, for example, to a tow hitch or tow eye. If your car still unlocks itself, place the key in a signal-blocking pouch or wrap it in aluminum foil before putting it in the keylock. Always check that your car is locked before leaving it unattended.

Maintenance:

Apply a corrosion-resistant lubricant monthly to the shackle's bolt hole, the reset lever, the number wheels, and the hinge points to ensure your lock continues to function properly.
