Performance Core Carbon

The PC Carbon construction with Linear Flex creates a 3D twist and roll action, delivering a fast, highly responsive fin that feels much smoother through turns. PCC fins are suited for fast surfing and are a favorite among advanced surfers who make explosive turns on the critical sections of the wave.

The new PCC Essential Series fins are built with AirCore technology: a pressed polyurethane foam core that mimics the geometric foil of the fin. With AirCore, FCS creates a much lighter fin with fully controllable flex.

The internal carbon framework is specifically designed per template, and by switching to epoxy resin and adding a carbon twill to the base, the flex pattern has become more accessible. Stiffness in the lower half of the fin enhances drive and acceleration from take-off, while a softer flex in the upper half provides a smoother and more predictable feel in the turn.
