Overview

Designed by Matt Biolos and refined by his diverse stable of top team riders, the new high-performance MB fin is an exciting addition to the range, comfortably belonging to the Carver family.

With a wide base, a curved trailing edge, and a tapered tip, this fin is primarily designed for powerful performance surfing. The bottom half of the fin provides exceptional power and drive, allowing you to push hard through your turns while maintaining stability in critical situations. The tip, which significantly narrows from the mid-point of the fin, gives you the freedom and agility to turn abruptly with confidence.

Unlike Matt's original upright template (Reactor family), which was loose and focused on tighter turns in beach breaks, the new MB template offers a balanced mix of drive, power, and release. This is better suited for open faces and turns like carves and power hacks. This fin also pairs exceptionally well with boards with more rocker.

The PC Carbon construction provides a stiffer flex, allowing you to harness more power and speed when pushing extremely hard through your turns.

The quad rear template shares the same design language as the side fins and is designed to work seamlessly with them. As a quad, this set feels very stable and smooth in turns, with an underlying sense of control. The quad set pairs well with performance shapes and hybrid models.
