Zinc Oxide: naturally occurring mineral sunscreen filter. Protects against a broad spectrum of UVA and UVB rays (predominantly UVA) by reflecting them upon arrival at the skin's surface. Beeswax: rich in fatty acid esters, fatty acids, and hydrocarbon compounds, it provides texture and helps form a protective film. Beeswax is listed in the European Pharmacopoeia as a main component of Cold Cream and strengthens the skin barrier against harsh weather conditions. Organic Carnauba Wax: secreted by the leaves of the Brazilian palm, this film-forming wax has a high melting point and therefore better heat resistance. Organic Shea Butter: rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins, and other nutrients, it protects the skin barrier against harsh weather conditions. Organic Virgin Macadamia Oil: nourishing and softening, strengthens lips exposed to harsh weather. Organic Oily Aloe Vera Extract in Organic Sunflower Oil: deeply moisturizes and helps protect lips against harsh weather conditions.
