Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment. By making a payment, you automatically agree to the general terms and conditions of the surf camps & Hart Beach Surfschool.

Deviating payment arrangements can be agreed upon by telephone or email with the Surf School 070-3502591. You may also transfer the money, but please send a confirmation email to the surf school with the date and the full name of the person for whom the camp is paid.

Insurance
We advise taking out travel and accident insurance to cover damage (caused) to accommodation, third parties, or materials of Hart Beach, clothing, cameras, and the like. Hart Beach accepts no liability for any (personal) injury suffered by participants during or as a result of a Surf Camp organized by Hart Beach.

Cancellation
Anyone who does not show up without prior communication will lose the total registration fee. If you cancel at least 1 month before the start of the surf camp in writing or by email, you will pay €25 administrative costs and the remaining registration fees will be refunded. If you cancel within one month prior to the surf camp, you will need a doctor's note and will be refunded everything after deduction of €50 administrative costs.

Absence
Please inform us before the start date of the surf camp if your child cannot attend.

Liability
The organization is not liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings. We therefore advise against bringing valuable items and phones. The children can use our phones at all times in case of emergency.

Force Majeure
If surfing is not possible due to unforeseen weather conditions, Hart Beach will maintain another suitable program with fun activities to still make it a successful surf camp. In this case, no compensation or refund can be made.

Cancellation
Hart Beach staff reserves the right to cancel the surf camp in unforeseen circumstances. A minimum of 10 registrations are required for the surf camp to proceed. If this cancellation occurs before the start of the surf camp, the course fee already paid will be refunded without the right to compensation.
