The Hart Beach full-HD webcam is located on the roof of our surf school at Scheveningen harbor and provides 24/7 live images of the most famous surf spots on the Dutch coast. With one click, you can check the current conditions at spots like De Noord, De Zuid, Het Hoekje, Het Paaltje, Candy Point, the Pier, Pizza Point, and more.

The camera is fully controllable: pan, tilt, and zoom give you a detailed view of wave height, wave quality, and the crowd level in the water. This way, you know exactly whether it's worth paddling out — or if you should wait for the next set.

Where Can You Find the Webcam?

The webcam is accessible via the Hart Beach website. At the top of every page, you'll find the current wave and weather conditions bar. Click on the webcam icon, and you'll go directly to the live page. Are you using the Hart Beach app? The webcam is also prominently featured in its menu.

You can easily switch camera positions by clicking on your favorite spot in the interface. Switching positions takes an average of only 10 seconds. No app, no account — just the best live images of the beach.

Surf Forecast: More Than Just a Camera

In 2026, planning your surf will be easier than ever. Combine the live webcam with the integrated surf forecast to not only see what's happening now, but also what the waves will be doing in the coming hours and days. The forecast integrates wave height, period, wind direction, and wind speed into one clear dashboard.

For the curious: the best waves in Scheveningen typically occur with a north-westerly to westerly groundswell and an easterly or south-easterly wind (offshore). Use the forecast and webcam together to find the perfect timing for your session.
